We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form and terminal. When you write to us through the contact form (or the terminal's send command) we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to your request. The data is forwarded by email through the Brevo service (Sendinblue SAS, France) and is not used for marketing.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent) needed to serve the site securely.

Statistics (Google Analytics). Only if you give your consent through the banner do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate statistics on how the site is used. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use advertising features. Data may be transferred to the United States, based on the safeguards of the EU/Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework.

We store your cookie choice in your browser's localStorage (key dambox_cookie_consent). Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you consent.

You can change your mind at any time: change your cookie preferences.

We keep the messages we receive for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, in compliance with legal retention obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
